How to Take the Net - Padel Tactics
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this solo episode I cover one of the most important tactics in the game, which is how to take the net. There are 3 ways to effectively gain control of this attacking position and I discuss the advantages/disadvantages of each during a padel match.
This advice should be considered at every level of the game. Whether it is something you can immediately bring into your competitive padel or something to practice and work towards.
These related videos show you some of the concepts we talked about:
Two Types of Lob in Padel
The Chiquita (Ball to Feet)
Objective in Padel Point
This is one of the earliest episodes (actually the first recorded!!) so please subscribe and leave a review to let me know how you found it!
