Interview with Asier Gago Martinez - National Coach of Japan
In this episode we speak to Asier, who has had an interesting journey taking him from his club in Spain, not speak a word of Japanese to coaching the national team in Tokyo.
I ask him about his padel background, how he found the job in Japan, the growth of padel there and how he is producing such amazing junior players!
Every country that has padel has Spanish coaches, so it is interesting to hear how a country with almost no Spanish expats is developing their padel with a Spanish coach!
